The JCC really does have something for everyone all summer long. Our Teen and Young Adult Center program continues its excellence well into the summer months! Lynne Carvel, the program coordinator, and her staff plan an exceptional summer for all of the participants. The planned activities are intended to expand participant’s horizons while increasing cognitive, communication, social, and physical skills. The activity-filled afternoons offer a nice mix of new and familiar experiences for all involved. From music and singing to gym games, and neighborhood walks through Squirrel Hill, there is something for everyone to enjoy. During the summer, the participants also go on field trips to places like Phipps Conservatory and the Frick Art and Historical Center.
Registration is now open for anyone who wishes to enjoy a summer program filled with fun, friendship, and wonderful afternoons. Please contact Meredith Brown at mbrown@jccpgh.org or 412-697-3520 for more information.
