Friendship Circle Cooking Club Kickoff

At The Friendship Circle, we are excited to report that our 2017-2018 programming year is fully underway! We held the first Cooking Club session of our program year on November 13th. Our members decided to do a color theme for Cooking Club, and this session’s theme was red. We made a red garden salad, pasta with red sauce, and red strawberries dipped in chocolate for dessert! We do our Cooking Club program both in Squirrel Hill and in the South Hills to accommodate all of our members. It enables everyone to have fun, enjoy good food, and build a critical life skill.

We are excited to offer many other programs, including: Gymnastics Club, Sports League, and Bowling League. We also have Creative Arts Club, Girls Dance and Boys Yoga (and more!) programs to look forward to in 2018!

With a mission of facilitating relationships that are meaningful and inclusive, The Friendship Circle aims to provide a space where friendships can flourish and connections can be made even outside of our regular programs. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone in the community.

We have a Friendship Circle Friendship Shabbat dinner coming up on December 1st. It will be held at Friendship Circle from 6 pm – 8 pm. We welcome everyone to come together and share a meal while seeing old friends, making new friends, and creating an inclusive community in Pittsburgh with Friendship Circle!
